About the Role
This position offers a unique opportunity to support the development of investment funds in Luxembourg.
We are seeking a skilled legal advisor to draft and/or update prospectuses, articles of incorporation/management regulations, notices to shareholders, board resolutions, and all necessary legal documents.
* Drafting and updating legal documents requires knowledge of legal/regulatory requirements and funds' organization applicable to both UCITS and AIF;
* Luxembourg company law;
* Financial markets and products.
The ideal candidate will have practical experience in the fund industry in a similar position and a Master's degree in Law or economics/finance. Additionally, they should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Your Responsibilities
As a Legal Advisor, you will be responsible for:
* Drafting and updating legal documents, including prospectuses, articles of incorporation/management regulations, notices to shareholders, and board resolutions;
* Liaising with supervisory authorities and governing bodies;
* Assisting the Product Management Team and the Project Team for the on-boarding, launch, and restructuring of investment funds managed by ISIM;
* Participating in the product approval process together with other ISIM departments for the creation and launch of new products or strategies;
* Preparing, reviewing, and discussing agreements/contracts within the framework of services proposed;
* Undertaking necessary corporate legal activities for the Management Company and the investment funds managed by ISIM;
* Ensuring the legal watch of the Management Company by contributing to the legal dashboard and analyzing the impacts of new legislations related to investment funds and management companies;
* Sharing knowledge with other functions within the Management Company.
Your Profile
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
* A Master's degree in Law or economics/finance;
* Practical experience in the fund industry in a similar position;
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities;
* Knowledge of financial markets and products;
* Luxembourg company law and regulatory requirements.
