As an experienced Media Specialist, you will play a key role in driving Sephora’s media strategy across Germany, Denmark, Sweden and Switzerland. You will manage our digital media agencies, drive local campaign implementation, and ensure best-in-class execution across digital out-of-home, display and mobile.
You will report directly to the Senior Marketing Manager DENS and work closely with international stakeholders (HQ Paris) and local cross-functional teams.
You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:
~ Plan full funnel media strategy and execution for local campaigns together with the rest of the local Media team, ensuring alignment with global guidelines.
Monitor media performance, analyze results, and create actionable reports with clear recommendations to improve ROI.
Work closely with local social media, marketing, CRM and e-commerce teams to ensure integrated omnichannel campaign execution.
Partner with HQ Paris to localize global strategies, provide market feedback, and share best practices.
Strong media expertise, with experience in managing paid campaigns and agency relationships.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Collaborative and team-oriented, with a proactive, hands-on attitude.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in media, ideally within a media agency or in-house media role.
Strong understanding of digital media KPIs, reporting, and optimization.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Fluent in English (spoken & written).
