To further strengthen our growth ambitions, we are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Manager Europe with a strong focus on winning new client leads, converting high-value business opportunities, and driving sustainable revenue growth across Europe.
As Senior Business Development Manager, you will take ownership of pan-European new business development and act as a trusted commercial partner to ESI Management and member agencies. You will proactively identify, develop, and close new opportunities with international clients, while shaping ESI’s go-to-market strategy.
Build and maintain strong relationships with international decision-makers and key stakeholders
Lead and coordinate cross-country opportunities, RFQs, and international tenders
Define and execute go-to-market strategies together with ESI Management and member agencies
Use Sales Management and CRM systems to manage pipelines, forecasts, and performance tracking
Represent ESI in international pitches, client meetings, and industry events
Support the launch and development of pan-European client projects, ensuring commercial success
Continuously optimize business development processes and improve conversion rates
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Several years of proven experience in Business Development or Sales, ideally within Fieldmarketing, Retail Marketing, or agency environments
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills at senior management level
Fluent English is required; Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, results-driven approach
Charismatic, confident, and collaborative personality with strong stakeholder management skills
