Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target and acquire commercial fleet customers across Europe.
* Identify and engage with key decision-makers at commercial fleets (PTA/PTO, Logistics/Delivery), including CEO, CFO, COO, and Directors of operations, maintenance, planning and on-route transportation management to understand their unique needs and challenges.
* Effectively communicate the value proposition of our AI-powered electric vehicle operations software product, highlighting its ability to eliminate range anxiety, optimize operational costs, and make EV fleet operations performance competitive with existing ICE operations.
* Build and sustain strong customer relationships, providing exceptional service throughout the sales process and ongoing support.
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and customer success, to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
* Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
* Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth and contributing to the overall success of the company.
Requirements:
* Proven track record of success in selling software and SaaS solutions to commercial fleets in Europe with a minimum of 5 years direct experience.
* Fluent in English and German; proficiency in additional European languages is advantageous.
* Strong understanding of fleet operations management, and electric vehicle industry trends and challenges.
* Strong understanding of Depot Management and Charge Management tools offered by Giro, IVU, PSI, init, ChargePoint, TMH, etc…
* Strong understanding of telematics services offered by Geotab, ViriCiti, and Bus OEMs.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both financial and service operations stakeholders.
* Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to exceed targets and achieve outstanding sales performance.
* Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
* Able to travel throughout Europe on a frequent basis.
