About this Position
What you´ll do
* Support Recruitment Partners in filling open positions within the assigned area of responsibility
* Create job advertisements for publication in digital media
* Initiate and track approval processes and other relevant recruiting workflows within the applicant tracking system
* Maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers
* Take on additional tasks within the recruiting process
What makes you a good fit
* Hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Psychology, or a comparable field of study
* Gain initial practical experience in recruitment within an internationally operating large corporation
* Demonstrate strong user knowledge of applicant tracking systems and ideally other HR-related IT tools
* Show an open, reliable, and dependable personality
* Work in a solution-oriented yet precise manner
* Possess fluent German skills as well as very good written and spoken English skills
