YOUR ROLE As an Enterprise Communication Manager, your primary responsibility is to ensure that communication strategies align with the overall business objectives of the organization, whether at a global level or within a specific market or country.
As a Digital Communications Manager, you will collaborate on and skillfully implement digital communications strategies to successfully position P&G and its brands in an ever-changing environment.
In this role, you will take responsibility for developing and helping to shape P&G Germany's digital communications platforms and channels.

Job QualificationsYOUR PROFILE You are a "digital native" with a successfully completed bachelor's or master's degree in online communications.
1-2 years initial professional experience in digital communications and/or journalistic work is mandatory.
Competent use of language and writing style in both German (native/C2) and English.You are familiar with editing texts for different target groups and with the use of content management systems.
Strategic understanding, team orientation, "can-do attitude" and passion for the design & execution of communication strategies to achieve outstanding results.

Your analytic capabilities and your knowledge in Performance Marketing enable you to develop metrics and KPIs to measure the success of our online campaigns.
First experience in the analysis, documentation and usage of real-time-data is desirable.
