Your new job includes
As a marketing trainee in our 18-month program, you will take responsibility in an international environment right from the start.
* You will support us in the creative and effective development of our online and offline marketing.
* You will work with various marketing teams and interfaces and get to know our business from the ground up.
* You will take on your own projects with responsibility and face a variety of challenges, including international ones, e.g., at our retail locations or our subsidiaries.
* You will think about the traveler journey in a customer-centric and creative way and actively shape it from the first touchpoint to the moment of purchase.
* You plan, coordinate, and implement online and offline marketing measures, evaluate their success, and ensure a consistent presence across all channels.
* You work closely with related departments and promote open, clear, and solution-oriented communication.

Preferred Profile
Your job is demanding. That's why we are too when it comes to selecting our trainees. Here's what we're looking for:
* A completed degree with a focus on marketing/media management.
* At least 6 months of practical experience, ideally in the field of marketing, e.g. through internships or working student positions.
* Software skills: confident use of MS Office, especially Excel & PowerPoint; initial experience with SAP is a plus, but not a must.
* Intercultural mindset: Experience abroad (e.g., internship or semester abroad) and very good German and English skills.
* Analytical thinking, a confident manner, and persuasiveness.
* Flexibility and willingness to travel to get to know our international locations worldwide.
