Step into a pivotal role within our agile Investor Relations & Sustainability team, where you'll drive capital markets strategy across our organisation. As our ESG/Sustainability Controller, you'll be at the heart of our sustainability transformation while supporting critical investor relations initiatives.
Your Impact & Environment
Working directly with the Head of IR & Sustainability, you'll primarily champion our sustainability agenda while gaining valuable exposure to investor relations activities. Our team operates as a strategic service hub, collaborating seamlessly with all business units and serving both internal stakeholders and external partners, including investors, analysts, and regulatory bodies.
Tasks

You'll have the autonomy to drive meaningful change while building expertise across both ESG and IR domains - a unique combination that's increasingly valuable in today's market.
* Focus on sustainability and investor relations reporting (quarterly, annually), such as press releases, presentations and reports in strong collaboration with our controlling department
* Contribute to building out our quantitative sustainability reporting towards new reporting standards, such as ESRS, EU Taxonomy, TCFD, and CSDDD
* Analysis and preparation of focused studies on capital markets, as well as competition for the management board
* Manage ESG ratings, maintaining relationships and interacting with highly sophisticated external stakeholders, such as investors and analysts
* Ownership of projects, internal stakeholder management, and access to senior management from day 1
* Support the Head of IR & Sustainability in ad-hoc analyses/projects
Requirements
* Passionate about sustainability and digitalisation in healthcare
* Motivated self-starter, able to assume responsibility quickly in a high-paced environment
* Highly analytical thinking, structured, diligent and responsible
* 2+ years of work experience, e.g. in professional services, such as consulting, investment banking, or in a controlling/ accounting department
* Any University Bachelor / Master Degree
* Strong MS Office skills and SAP user knowledge.
* Very good language skills in English (spoken and written) and preferably also in German (or at a minimum, willingness to learn)
* Open to travel c. 1-2 per quarter to our European locations
