Senior Product Development Manager
The role of Senior Product Development Manager is to oversee the development of major new products and complex projects for continuous improvement and cost reduction. This position will report to the Program Manager and collaborate with various teams, including Style, Marketing, Technical Designers, Prototypists, Purchasing, Engineering, and Quality.

* Analyzing marketing briefs and style design proposals to determine product feasibility
* Developing project plans, defining scope, goals, and deliverables, and establishing project schedules and milestones
* Monitoring and reporting on project KPIs and progress, identifying and resolving issues and risks
* Liaising with other functions and departments to obtain cooperation and support required for project success
This position requires a strong analytical and critical mindset, with experience in data management, data analysis, and the use of relevant tools. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of process standardization, with the ability to lead and coordinate across cross-functional and multicultural teams.
