About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our innovative pharmaceutical team. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, build stratgic partnerships, and drive the company's growth initiatives. You'll work closely with colleagues to build business cases and execute strategies that expand our presence in the pharmaceutical sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including licensing, collaborations, and acquisitions.
* Build and maintain strategic partnerships with pharma companies and key stakeholders.
* Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform business strategy.
* Negotiate and close agreements with business partners.
* Prepare business cases, financial models, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
* Collaborate with internal teams to align business development initiatives with company goals.
* Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Your profile
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Economics / Business, or related field.
* Strong scientific background and knowledge of drug development processes.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
* Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulations and compliance requirements.
* Strong organizational and project management skills.
* Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
* Willingness to travel as required.
Your Experience:
* 3+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical business development, commercial excellence, or drug development.
* Experience managing multiple complex projects.
* Entrepreneurial mindset and adaptability to a rapidly changing industry.
