We are seeking a top-performing sales professional to help establish and grow our presence in Germany. As an Enterprise Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in introducing Numerator’s rich portfolio of survey capabilities to some of the most iconic brands in the region.
This is a unique chance to build relationships in a key new market while driving sales of our innovative consumer behaviour data. We are seeking a sales leader with extensive experience in the CPG (Food, Alcohol, Beverage, Beauty) industry and a deep understanding of the marketing and advertising landscape. Additionally, you will lead and cultivate long-term client relationships as you expand Numerator’s footprint across Germany.
As this role is integral to Numerator’s presence in Germany, you will act as both a sales leader and a key representative of our brand in the region, working closely with cross-functional teams to establish a strong foundation for growth. Success in this role will require entrepreneurial energy, a strong network within Germany’s CPG and retail industries, and a track record of success in enterprise-level sales.

What you'll be doing :
* Spearhead Numerator’s growth in Germany by identifying and establishing relationships with leading CPG customers and retailers.
* Lead the complete sales cycle from opportunity identification to contract negotiation and close across all product lines by working with clients, prospects, and Numerator's account management and solution experts.
* Prospect and build new business in assigned territory through professional networking and lead generation.
* Uncover client business needs and develop strategies and solutions based on Numerator's unique Point of View and set of comprehensive capabilities.
The skills and experience needed in this role :
* A strong track record of enterprise / SaaS sales experience in the German market, selling into consumer products and retailers within the functional areas of Brand Marketing, Market Research, Category Management, and / or Shopper / Consumer Insights.
* Business Proficiency in both German and English is required.
* Deep understanding of the German CPG and retail industries, including key players and market dynamics.
* Knowledge and experience in the survey industry is preferred, particularly within the context of consumer goods and retail.
* An understanding of how survey and purchase data can be integrated to provide deeper consumer insights is highly valued.
* Functional knowledge of Salesforce.com and its use for updating accounts, opportunities, and deal stages
