You will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing executive compensation programs, (VP and above), within Delivery Hero’s Berlin HQ and 9 major Brands, (efood, Foodora/Yemek, Foodpanda, Glovo, Hungerstation, Peya, Talabat, Woowa). Program Design: Design executive compensation programs, including base salary, bonuses, equity awards, and other benefits, ensuring they attract and retain top talent while incentivizing performance and aligning with shareholder interests. Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market analysis and benchmarking studies to ensure the competitiveness and fairness of executive compensation packages. RemCo & Policy Development: Develop and maintain executive compensation RemCo, policies and guidelines that promote transparency, equity, and governance best practices. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leadership, board of directors, compensation committees, and external consultants to communicate and gain alignment on executive compensation strategies and decisions. Executive Communication: Communicate compensation-related information to executives, providing clarity on compensation structures, performance expectations, and opportunities for growth and development. Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics and financial modeling techniques to analyze compensation trends, forecast future costs, and optimize executive pay practices.
