What You Need Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience, requiredAt least five years of professional software development experience with strong object‑oriented foundations requiredExperience with backend frameworks such as .NET Core, Java, or similar requiredSolid front‑end development skills (e.g., React, TypeScript, modern CSS) to build interactive prototypes and experimental UIs requiredProduction experience with SQL and NoSQL databases requiredFamiliarity with cloud environments (preferably AWS) and service integration patterns requiredExperience designing internal APIs, backend tooling or shared services requiredA track record of team mentorship and system‑level contributions requiredExperience using and integrating AI tools into development workflows and product experiences preferredA commitment to working on‑site at Gallup’s Berlin office two to three days a week required About the Core Services Team Gallup’s Core Services team builds the foundational services, tools and APIs that power every product team in Gallup Access.
