Job Description Duties and Responsibilities Main entry point for customer and intern stakeholders with regards to technical related matters for the Brakes specific system, you may also have support other commodities (Couplers, HVAC, Doors…) according to the team workload and priorities. Technical support for customers issues, Safety cases & hot issues resolution Translate customer technical requirements into product-specific engineering specifications Create technical documentation including specifications, interface definitions, and integration plans Prepare BOM and technical documentation for Standard OVH and Upgrades Conduct feasibility/fleet assessments for custom engineering requests Manage Spare parts- drawing updates, BOM update to manage obsolescence Bridge communication between TSG project teams and OE engineering departments Provide onsite support Services activities – Repair/overhaul/upgrade Participate in project technical reviews and customer meetings Support the Technical Customer Interface (TCI) with his system expertise Support Tender/Technical offer prep Responsible for OTD of the project execution Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field. Minimum 5 years hands-on experience with braking systems (design, maintenance, or service) or similar heavy industry Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems for spare parts and BOM updates. Obsolescence and lifecycle management principles. Excellent communication and customer-facing skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking. Ability to work cross-functionally with project teams and OE engineering. Time management and prioritization under pressure. Adaptability for onsite support and travel when required.
