Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and organized professional to fill the role of Executive Assistant in our HR/Administration Department.

This position involves managing daily tasks, handling customer inquiries, maintaining filing systems, preparing meetings and presentations, and acting as a substitute for other assistants when needed.

The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, 3 years of experience in a similar role, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Fluency in French, English, and German is also required.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, be proactive, and have a valid permanent B driving license.

Key Responsibilities:

* Process incoming and outgoing mail, draft correspondence, and control document quality.

* Manage telephone calls, diaries, and contacts.

* Monitor customer contract management.

* Organize and control office management.

* Be responsible for physical reception of visitors.

* Prepare meetings and presentations.

* Manage filing and archiving.

* Act as a substitute for other assistants regarding management of the Management agenda and physical/telephone reception of their contacts.

Other Missions:

* Participate in inclusion initiatives.

* Contribute to new employee integration.

* Participate in waste sorting and energy saving through responsible behavior.

Required Profile:

Higher education diploma or equivalent experience.

3 years of experience in a similar role.

Skills and knowledge required:

IT Tools

Mandatory :

Microsoft Office suite.

Nice-to-have :

SAP.

Langues

Mandatory :

* French: fluent spoken and written (C1 minimum)

* English: operational level in the business - advanced level (B2 minimum)

* German: operational level in the business - advanced level (B2 minimum)
