Your Role As a Global Salesforce Training & Enablement Specialist within the Global Commercial Ecosystem & Enablement team, you will support the development and delivery of Salesforce platform specific training programs that help employees build the skills and knowledge needed to succeed within our customer engagement ecosystem. You will contribute to the creation of engaging learning materials, assist in organizing training sessions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business needs. Purpose / Key Responsibilities: Training & Development: As part of our Salesforce Transformation, you will design, develop, and maintain CRM training programs for different stakeholder groups in Sales, Service, Marketing and Technical Service, including onboarding, role-based training, and upskilling initiatives. Deliver training sessions both virtually and in person via Salesforce Content Creation: Develop and maintain CRM training materials, including playbooks, guidelines, e-learning modules, and best practices documentation a) for our harmonized system landscape based on Salesforce platform and b) for any changes implemented in the wider ecosystem Performance Analysis: Collaborate closely with Salesforce Product Owners and admins to track and analyze performance metrics to identify training gaps, measure effectiveness, and refine learning strategies based on implemented CRM processes Learning Management System (LMS): Contribute to the LMS/LXP project and hand over requirements from a CRM perspective. Once implemented, oversee the administration, documentation, and continuous improvement of training activities within the LMS for the CRM & Applications team in collaboration with the Global Commercial Skills & Training Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work in collaboration with the Global Commercial Skills & Training Lead, the Global SFE Lead, and the wider global Commercial Excellence community within Business Units and Regions and ensure alignment on training goals, processes, and expectations with regards to our Customer Engagement Ecosystem Technology & Innovation: Evaluate and implement tools and technologies to enhance learning experiences for our CRM users, improve productivity, and streamline workflows in close collaboration with Product Owners and Admins/BA’s Feedback & Continuous Improvement: Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders to refine training programs/materials based on real-world challenges. Listening to the main stakeholders and understanding their pain points will be key Event Management: Plan and organize global training sessions, workshops, and community meetings to foster knowledge sharing and collaboration within the wider CRM community (CRM & Applications team, hero network, core team, etc.) Requisite Qualification & Experience: University Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Business, Human Resources, Communication) or equivalent experience At least 2-3 years professional experience in Salesforce based training, enablement, or related roles Strong instructional design and project management skills to create effective training programs based on the Salesforce platform Ability to analyze performance data and refine training programs based on insights therefore first experience with training tools, e-learning platforms, and performance tracking systems Strong problem-solving skills, empathy, and adaptability to address diverse learning needs Proficiency in Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant learning management tools Experience working in an international corporate environment as well as knowledge of industry best practices and adult learning principles is a plus Willingness to travel internationally (moderate travel requirement) Fluent in Germany and English (spoken and written); additional language skills are a plus
