About The Team You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. What you'll do 1. Equipment lifecycle management: responsible for the planning, procurement, maintenance, upgrading, and scrapping management of automated warehouses, sorting lines, AGVs, PLC control systems, and other equipment; Lead equipment upgrade and renovation projects, optimize equipment performance, and promote lean management. 2. Team management and collaboration: Manage equipment maintenance teams, develop work plans and supervise their execution, and cultivate technical talents; Coordinate cross departmental resources, solve equipment related emergency issues, and ensure efficient production/warehousing operations. 3. Technical implementation and maintenance: Design preventive maintenance plans, handle equipment failures, and reduce downtime risks; Master PLC programming and electrical schematic interpretation, guide the team to complete equipment inspection, maintenance, and spare parts management. 4. Cost and supplier management: Control equipment operation and maintenance costs, develop budgets, and optimize spare parts inventory; Manage suppliers, lead the equipment procurement process, and evaluate supplier performance. 5. System and process optimization: Familiar with WMS/SCADA systems, promote the application of digital tools, and improve equipment management efficiency; Improve equipment maintenance records, operating standards, and emergency plans.
