* Oversee and maintain data center infrastructure for seamless operations.
* Enhance security standards and optimize infrastructure performance.
* Manage Microsoft Azure and Nutanix environments.
* Provide 3rd-level support for servers and systems.
* Lead local and global projects to implement high-availability IT solutions.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues swiftly.
* Implement innovative technologies such as AI, DevOps, PowerShell, and Terraform.
Skills/Must Have:
* Operating Systems: Microsoft Server OS, Active Directory.
* Email & Communication: Exchange Server (On-Premises and Microsoft 365).
* Database Management: Microsoft SQL Server.
* Security & Identity: Microsoft PKI, PIM, PAM, server hardening.
* Virtualization & Cloud: Nutanix, Azure, Google Cloud, PaaS, IaaS, VDI.
* Backup & DR: CommVault (preferred), disaster recovery planning.
* Automation & Scripting: PowerShell, DevOps, Terraform (IaC).
