Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to exceed sales targets.
Apply effective sales techniques such as target account selling and solution selling.
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
Experience in coaching and developing sales professionals.
Minimum 8 years of field sales experience and 1 year of people management.
