O&M Contracting Engineer
We’re looking for an experienced O&M Contracting Engineer to support the Operations & Maintenance phase of a major offshore wind project. Working within the O&M Readiness team, you’ll develop, procure, and manage all service and maintenance contracts, ensuring they are aligned with technical requirements and ready for execution at project handover.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage O&M contract packages (service agreements, maintenance frameworks, long-term support)
* Lead tendering processes, including evaluation and contract award recommendations
* Define scopes and specifications aligned with engineering and OEM requirements
* Coordinate across engineering, procurement, HSE, and operations teams
* Ensure contracts are mobilisation-ready before handover from construction
* Identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks
* Support O&M strategy development and budget planning
Key Requirements
* Degree-qualified with strong experience managing complex engineering contracts
* Offshore wind or renewables experience highly desirable
* Strong commercial, financial, and risk management expertise
* Skilled negotiator with a strategic mindset
* Knowledge of contract performance management and SAP (commercial modules)
