Tasks
1. Determine and analyze requirements for assigned standard software
2. Review and reconcile gathered requirements with stakeholders
3. Configure off-the-shelf standard software and coordinate necessary adaptations with suppliers
4. Ensure configurations align with available out-of-the-box capabilities
5. Discuss and delegate larger software changes to suppliers
6. Document requirements, changes, and updates accurately
7. Test newly developed changes or updated configurations within the standard software
8. Collect and assess requirements from various departments, evaluating their feasibility
9. Test customizations and provide 3rd-level support as needed

Requirements
10. Vocational training with at least 2 years of relevant IT experience or Bachelor’s degree in business information systems, IT, economics, logistics, or a related field
11. Knowledge of requirements engineering methodologies
12. Proficiency in process management
13. Strong communication and presentation abilities
14. Fluent in English; German language skills desirable
15. In cases of equal qualification, applicants with severe disabilities will be given preferential consideration
