Release coordinator / project support officer (junior+ / mid-level) (m/f)

ARHS Group, part of Accenture, is looking for a Release Coordinator / Project Support Officer (m/f) to join one of our client teams onsite in Luxembourg within a European institutional environment.
In this role, you will support the coordination of software releases and data integration activities for a Data Warehouse platform, ensuring smooth deployments, effective stakeholder communication, and high standards of delivery quality.
THE WORK:
Coordinate software releases and deployment activities across the Data Warehouse platform.
Support planning, tracking, and follow-up of release-related tasks and milestones.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure production readiness.
Assist in data validation and quality control activities prior to releases.
Monitor release progress and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
Support issue tracking, risk management, and resolution follow-up.
Maintain project and release documentation.
Contribute to continuous improvement of release and delivery processes.
Onsite at client site : This role requires an onsite presence with our clients and partners to support project delivery and strengthen client relationships.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Experience in project support , release coordination , PMO , or a similar role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to coordinate activities involving multiple stakeholders.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Understanding of software delivery lifecycles and release management concepts .
Ability to manage priorities and follow up on actions in a structured manner.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
Experience with Data Warehouse environments.
Familiarity with SAP BusinessObjects (BO).
Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.
Knowledge of Jira, SharePoint, or other project management tools.
French language skills.
