We’re looking for a motivated, entrepreneurial and hands-on mindset Financial Controller (m/w/d) to help shape our journey in Germany. Your Role: Drive Financial Clarity & Business Impact As Financial Controller, you will play a key role in establishing a strong performance-driven finance function in Germany. You’ll work closely with our Head of Finance and collaborate with the finance team in Belgium. This is a hands-on role with real ownership and the opportunity to grow as we scale. actual) Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Develop and improve controlling tools, reports, and dashboards (Excel/Power BI) Drive financial process improvements and automation Partner with internal and external stakeholders (External accountants, Auditor, Belgian Finance team,, HR, Legal,) Support M&A activities (financial analysis, integration, reporting) Prepare ad-hoc analyses and management insights Requirements Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Controlling, or similar 5 years of experience in Controlling, Financial Analysis, FP&A, or similar role Strong understanding of financial statements, KPIs, and cost analysis Advanced Excel skills; Power BI) Structured, analytical mindset and high attention to detail Hands-on mentality and a proactive, solution-oriented working style Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-growing environment Fluent in German and English Bonus: Experience in M&A or financial integration is a plus.
