Responsibilities
* Build, lead, and guide teams of engineers across the field of software industrialization
* Coach, mentor, and train individuals to bring them to their best potential
* Identify and remove roadblocks to ensure the team can concentrate on showing optimal performance
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement, technical excellence, and ownership
* Actively participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and hands-on development when needed
* Ensure that the team’s work in planning and implementation meets organizational needs and quality expectations
* Drive continuous improvements in software workflows and productivity
Minimum Qualifications
* BS or MS in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field
* 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong background in C++ and Python development environments
* Demonstrated experience as a technical or team leader, including performance coaching and career growth for engineers
* Proven ability to manage stakeholders and drive roadmaps in an agile environment
* Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills in global environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Knowledge of build tools and package management (Bazel)
* Familiarity with infrastructure tooling (e.g., Kubernetes, GitOps, GitHub Actions)
* Experience with leading teams as Product Owner
* Strong hands-on technical background of software development practices, build systems, and CI/CD pipelines
* Enjoy working within a dynamic and continuously evolving environment
* Able to work in cross-functional teams across organizational/geographical boundaries
* Experience developing advanced driver assistance or autonomous driving systems or similar systems such as robotic systems
* Familiarity working on Agile teams and within frameworks such as SAFe
