Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and fluent English-speaking Appointment Setter to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring our Program Advisors have a steady stream of qualified appointments, allowing us to serve more business owners worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
* Make outbound calls, texts, and follow-ups to leads in a timely, professional manner.
* Engage prospects in natural, confident conversations to qualify interest and set appointments.
* Enter accurate notes, updates, and follow-up tasks into our CRM.
* Confirm and remind prospects of scheduled calls to maximize show rates.
* Collaborate closely with Program Advisors and the marketing team to improve lead flow and conversions.
Requirements:
* Fluent English speaker with clear, professional communication and minimal accent.
* Confident and comfortable speaking on the phone.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage daily outreach quotas.
* Self-motivated, positive attitude, and consistent follow-through.
* Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
* Ability to work remotely with accountability for hitting targets.

Compensation: Pay range between $2,000 – $4,000 / month OTE.
