Senior Business Development Professional
We are seeking a results-driven business developer to drive growth and value proposition in the market.
* Contribute to the strategic direction of the organization through thorough research and development of business opportunities with new customers.
* Foster long-term customer relationships with professional intermediaries, including law firms, fiduciaries, and family offices.
* Maintain market knowledge to detect commercial opportunities for customers and collaborate across business lines to develop new business leads.
* Utilize internal systems to track business development activities and attend events to coordinate activities.
Key Qualifications:
* Minimum 10 years of experience in front functions within banking or financial services.
* Strong international network of MFO/SFO & Professional Intermediaries.
* Analytical skills, particularly in KYC/AML compliance.
* Solid understanding of wealth structuring, product, and services.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to build relationships.
* Proven negotiation skills and deal-closing ability.
* High level of integrity and ethics.
* Relevant University background in Finance.
* Fluent English and French; additional languages advantageous.
* Client- and results-oriented.
* Rigorous, organized, and methodical in customer approach actions.
* Motivated team player with willingness to travel.
