Your Profile:
1. At least 3 years of field sales experience, ideally with face-to-face customer interactions, no matter which part of Germany you are from
2. Confident connecting with Purchase Managers, Architects, and Contractors
3. Energetic, optimistic, and resilient — rejection doesn’t shake you
4. Strong communicator with great listening skills and empathy
5. Self-motivated and organized — you know how to prioritize your sales route
6. Comfortable working on your own but always ready to collaborate
7. A natural problem-solver who thrives on adapting to different customer needs
8. Passionate about quality products and professional sales with long-term impact
9. Perfect German speaker
10. Hold a driving licence
What You’ll Be Doing:
11. You'll identify and engage potential clients (gardeners/landscapers and/or distributors) and introduce them to what we offer
12. Combine strategic thinking with action: plan and implement smart sales initiatives to strengthen our market presence
13. Present our high-quality products confidently, offering tailored solutions that meet each client’s real needs
14. Build and maintain meaningful relationships with both new and existing customers — because great sales are built on trust
15. Be a go-to expert: provide helpful product advice, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a smooth customer experience
16. Stay informed on industry trends, monitor competitors, and spot new opportunities for growth in the region
17. Negotiate effectively, manage follow-ups professionally, and close deals that benefit both the client and the business
18. Collaborate closely with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams — and represent the company at trade shows and industry events to build visibility and expand your network
