Job Description
As a member of the Global Technical Support Team at Miltenyi Biotec, you will provide expert-level technical support for our product portfolio, deliver product training, and support products throughout their lifecycle.
* You will provide technical support to colleagues worldwide (sales, support, and service), distributors, and customers. This includes responding to inquiries, offering application support, and troubleshooting technical issues.
* You will document your support activities thoroughly and analyze data to assess product performance.
* You will collaborate with other departments to manage complaints and maintain our product knowledge database.
* Occasionally, you may be required to provide on-site support during customer demonstrations, instrument installations, or troubleshooting.
* You will create, manage, and deliver product training both in-house and in the field worldwide. You will also support products in collaboration with Marketing, R&D, and Production throughout all stages of the product lifecycle.
Qualifications
* You hold an academic degree (Master’s or PhD) in natural sciences (biology, biotechnology, or medicine—preferably with an immunological background), engineering, or a comparable scientific qualification.
* You have proven experience in various biological fields, such as cell biology, immunology, hematology, neurology, or stem cell research. Experience in flow cytometry, cell culture, functional assays, transfusion medicine, or cell processing is an advantage.
* You are a strong communicator in English, capable of discussing technical issues and persuading stakeholders through written and oral presentations. Proficiency in an additional language is advantageous.
* You have a strong service-oriented mindset and excel in customer support.
* This position is office-based but requires regular international travel.
