For our DMC Division at the Hattersheim location near Frankfurt am Main, we are looking for a Sales Assistant (m/f/d) to start immediately.
What to Expect:
7. Recording and processing customer orders in the ERP system
8. Coordination of delivery dates in consultation with Logistics & Supply Chain
9. Ensuring smooth order processing
10. Handling written inquiries and orders
11. Processing complaints in collaboration with relevant departments
12. Close cooperation with the field sales team & Supply Chain
13. Supporting the sales team with administrative and organizational tasks
14. Maintaining and updating customer data in the CRM system
15. Communication with customers and internal interfaces (e.g., Logistics, Technical, Service)
What We Expect:
16. Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
17. Initial professional experience in inside sales
18. Strong customer orientation and communication skills
19. Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP) is desirable
20. Structured and independent working style
21. Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
