Senior Sales Systems Analyst
Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance analytics, reporting, and performance monitoring. Optimize and maintain business systems and reporting to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
* Develop and implement new capabilities, tools, and processes to enable agility and scalability.
* Ensure data-privacy compliance for sales systems and reporting.
* Manage local solution providers and work with Mondelēz Digital Services.
Key qualifications include:
* 8+ years of professional experience in IT and sales.
* University degree in a related field (e.g., business informatics).
* Strong stakeholder management, people management, and influencing skills.
* Very strong analytical skills, commercial acumen, and excellent understanding of data-management, systems, and apps.
* Excellent English and German skills.
