Job Description
2. Support our Chief of Staff and CEO Office in their daily work, working closely with our Founders and management
3. Optimize & Automate: Map out HR and People processes to identify gaps and build automated, future-ready workflows
4. Operational Excellence: Create and maintain lean governance structures and reporting that satisfy regulatory requirements
5. Strategy Execution: Support annual planning and strategy cycles by preparing high-quality documentation and management decks
6. Hands-on Project Management: Take ownership of strategic workstreams and ensure internal projects stay on track
7. Internal Enablement: Provide teams across Scalable with the templates, tools, and guidance they need for smooth operations
Qualifications
8. You are studying towards a degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Management, Economics, Data, Engineering or equivalent
9. You gained first experience in project management activities
10. You are able to work detail oriented in a fast paced environment as well as strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
11. You are still enrolled at a German university until at least September 2026
12. You have concise verbal and written communication skills in English and German
