Leitung der End-to-End-IT-Integration eines neu akquirierten Unternehmens
Steuerung der Migration und Konsolidierung von IT-Systemen, einschließlich:
Planung und Durchführung des Rollouts sowie der Konfiguration von Endgeräten (z. B. Anpassung der IT-Systeme an Gruppenstandards, Richtlinien und Tools
Hauptansprechpartner für IT-Integrationsfragen in beiden Organisationen
Förderung der Systemakzeptanz und aktives Management von Widerständen
Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der IT-Integration im M&A-Umfeld (zwingend erforderlich)

We are seeking an experienced M&A IT Integration Manager to lead the IT integration of a newly acquired software business operating within the Windows and Doors industry. The acquiring organisation is a pan-European provider of specialised software solutions supporting industrial and manufacturing businesses, with a strong track record of growth through acquisitions and a decentralised operating model.
This role is critical to ensuring the seamless integration of the acquired company’s IT landscape into the wider group environment, balancing standardisation with business continuity.
Lead end-to-end IT integration for a newly acquired business
Oversee migration and consolidation of IT systems, including:
Ensure smooth onboarding of users into corporate systems, identity, and security frameworks
Align IT systems with group standards, policies, and tooling
Act as the primary IT integration lead across both organisations
Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams
Proven experience delivering IT integrations in M&A environments (essential)
Strong background in enterprise IT infrastructure, including AWS, end-user computing, and VDI
Experience integrating software businesses, ideally within industrial or ERP-driven environments
Ability to operate in complex, international environments
Native German speaker with professional proficiency in English
Experience in acquisitive, multi-entity software organisations
Familiarity with ERP or industrial software solutions
Experience in decentralised IT environments
Knowledge of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
