To help support our future growth as an agency, we are excited to be recruiting for a German-speaking Manager, Talent Services (m/f/d) based in our Munich office. The Manager, Talent Services in Munich will be part of a team working across departments and international offices, supporting projects for luxury clients in fashion, beauty, and lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities

This role is designed for a dynamic individual who thrives in talent relations and partnership management, bringing strong industry connections and a strategic mindset to premium and luxury brand communications.

The Manager, Talent Services will play a central role in shaping and executing talent partnerships across fashion, beauty, and lifestyle sectors, working closely with internal teams, clients, and external partners to deliver impactful campaigns. The ideal candidate combines relationship-building expertise, cultural awareness, and client service excellence.

Key areas of responsibility will include:

Client & Account Leadership

* Act as a key client contact across multiple accounts, ensuring smooth execution of talent activations and partnerships

* Advise clients on talent selection, partnership opportunities, and cultural relevance

* Lead client meetings and presentations related to talent strategy, partnerships, and campaign execution

* Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables with a high level of accuracy and professionalism

* Ensure seamless communication between clients, talents, agents, and internal teams

Talent Services & Partnerships

* Identify, secure, and manage talent, influencer, and creator partnerships from sourcing through to execution, ensuring strong alignment with client brand identity

* Leverage and continuously build a strong network of talents, creators, agents, and industry stakeholders, particularly within the DACH market

* Lead all aspects of talent collaborations, including outreach, negotiations, contracting, briefing, and relationship management

* Oversee content output in collaboration with talents to ensure quality, consistency, and brand alignment

* Manage product seeding, gifting initiatives, and ambassador programs

* Evaluate campaign success and provide post-campaign analysis, including strategic recommendations and key learnings

* Maintain and grow long-term relationships with talents and partners to support ongoing collaborations and agency growth

Cross-Functional Collaboration

* Work closely with Communications and Account teams to ensure integrated campaign delivery

* Align talent activities with broader PR and brand initiatives

* Respond to client and market needs with agility and a solution-oriented mindset

* Stay ahead of cultural and industry trends to identify relevant talent opportunities

Key Attributes

* Fluent in German and English; additional languages such as French or Italian are a plus

* Experience in talent management, influencer relations, PR, or communications, ideally within luxury fashion, beauty, or lifestyle

* Proven experience managing talent partnerships and campaigns end-to-end

* Strong existing network of talents, creators, agents, and industry contacts, particularly in the DACH region

* Excellent client management skills with the ability to build trust and maintain strong relationships

* Strong negotiation skills and experience handling contracts and partnerships

* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple projects simultaneously

* Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning and talent alignment

* Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach

* Passion for culture, talent, and the evolving creator landscape

* Strong communication and presentation skills
