Job Title: Uniform Management Specialist
Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and skilled professional to manage our uniform service. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handling uniforms: procurement, monitoring deliveries, issuing uniforms, handling complaints, checking invoices etc.
2. Administration of uniform software.
3. Procurement of consumables and commodities in accordance with tendering regulations and economic guidelines, including invoice checking.
4. Administrative and organizational measures related to the procurement, updating and return of airport passes.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
1. Completed commercial education and at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
2. Independent work with internal and external partners.
3. Structured and proactive working method.
4. Reliability, high sense of responsibility and developed team skills.
5. Safe handling of common MS Office applications.
6. Good reputation.
7. Fluent German language skills and basic English skills in word and writing.
