Key Responsibilities:
* Planning and execution of the training program
* Transfer of theoretical and practical knowledge as well as trade-specific skills
* Development of teaching materials
* Evaluation of performance and progress of apprentices
Requirements:
* Master's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant trade
* Pedagogical skills
* A respectful, responsible, and appreciative attitude towards colleagues and superiors
* Secure and reliable communication with others
* Teamwork and social competence
* Openness and curiosity towards digital changes
