The mission of a property valuer: For those seeking meaningful work and a strong team environment, this role offers: Independent preparation of valuations for residential properties, and (depending on experience) commercial and special-use properties. Participation in portfolio valuations and coordination of property viewings. Active contribution to organizational development and internal processes. Depending on qualifications, support and coaching of colleagues, including review of valuation reports. What’s needed? Experience in market value assessments, ideally including mortgage lending value in the banking sector. Familiarity with valuation software (e.g., LORA) is a plus. Proficiency in standard Office applications. For senior roles: Certification (e.g., HypZert, DIAZert, MRICS) and several years of experience in property valuation. Strong command of LORA or similar tools. Interest in process optimization and complex technical challenges. A structured, solution-oriented approach and adaptability to varying demands.
