We are seeking an experienced IP Counsel to lead all intellectual property matters across our Medical Device client European operations. This strategic role includes managing complex IP litigation, shaping IP strategy, and ensuring cross-border compliance.
Coordinate with external counsel and internal stakeholders to ensure robust litigation outcomes.
Formulate and implement effective patent filing strategies to protect key innovations
8-10 years of experience in IP litigation and patent strategy in the medical devices industry
~ In-depth knowledge of European patent law, the European Patent Office (EPO) procedures, and the Unified Patent Court (UPC).
~ Must speak either Italian or German (priority) - Spanish or French would be a plus
