How you will make an impact:
We are looking for a motivated Junior Financial Controller to support the day-to-day operations and compliance of our finance function. In this hands-on role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial processes and help building up accurate reportings.
This is an excellent opportunity for a junior finance professional seeking broad exposure and growth within a dynamic, international environment.
* Prepare and consolidate monthly financial data for submission to the external accounting and tax advisory firm.
* Process accounts payable transactions in an accurate and timely manner.
* Maintain a comprehensive overview of all vendor agreements and assess their cash flow implications.
* Ensure the compliance, functionality, and optimization of the group's financial software, including bank integrations, expense management systems, and budgeting tools.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support financial oversight.
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive Finance Processes
* Ensure timely completion and coordination of all mandatory monthly, quarterly, and annual submissions. Act as the primary liaison for the exchange of required data and documentation.
What you need to be successful:
* Degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a controlling role, ideally within a startup or international business environment. Experience as working student does count for us
* Advanced skills in Excel, Google Sheets, Datev Untenrnehmen Online, experience in financial software tools.
* Strong attention to details and results.
* Business-fluent German and English language skills are mandatory for this role.
