As Lead Professional Brand Marketing, Running, you will be based in Berlin and join the Germany & Nordics territory marketing team. You will amplify global and geo campaigns through local executions, ensuring Nike’s Sport Marketplace in Germany shows up as pinnacle and sharply connected to our sport vision. You’ll fuel Nike’s global engine with sharp, relevant consumer insights that can scale.
You’ll be part of the Germany & Nordics Brand Marketing Team, reporting directly to the Director Brand Marketing (Running, Training, Agile), Germany & Nordics. You’ll collaborate regularly with EMEA HQ teammates and work cross-functionally with partners such as Retail Brand, Sports Marketing or Energy Marketing. You’ll also maintain a strong connection to the Geo Brand Running team in EHQ.
Extensive experience in brand and/or brand functional management, with a strong focus on cross- functional marketing.
• Track record of development and timely execution of marketing brand plans. Proven ability to lead, influence, execute and hindsight marketing plans.
• A deep understanding of our key consumer in Germany and the ability to turn insights into action to build cohesive plans across Nike’s full marketing channel mix.
• Core Marketing Skills: Ability to independently utilize knowledge, skills, and abilities to drive projects, resolve complex problems & navigate cross functional teamwork.
• Reporting to the Director of Brand Marketing Running,Training & Agile Germany & Nordics, you’ll be responsible for delivering Nike Running’s brand impact across Germany.
Your work will connect Nike’s global running strategy to local audiences in ways that are authentic, meaningful, and forward-looking. You’ll manage cross-functional alignment, foster key partnerships, and ensure every execution reflects the voice of the German running consumer while staying true to Nike’s broader brand direction.
