WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Provide operational and administrative support to the Personal Shopping team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
* Assist with stock management activities, including supporting reporting, monitoring availability, and coordinating stock transfer requests
* Manage logistics-related tasks such as creating DHL shipping labels and coordinating parcel pick-ups
* Handle operational client requests, including processing Tax Free forms and coordinating special orders
* Follow up on Personal Shopping requests related to warehouse stock and report damaged or defective items on behalf of the PS team
* Identify operational issues and proactively contribute to resolving them in a timely and efficient manner
* Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures to support efficient business operations
* Maintain clear and accurate operational documentation and procedures for internal reference
WHO YOU ARE
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; German is a plus
* Previous experience in operations, preferably within luxury retail or e-commerce
* Experience working with ERP systems and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Strong digital literacy and confidence working with operational systems and tools
* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work efficiently under deadlines
* A proactive problem-solver with a solution-oriented mindset
* A collaborative team player who communicates confidently and effectively with different departments
* Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and operational excellence
