You will play a pivotal role in leading engagement with the TA Shared Service Center Team to drive efficiency and teamwork.Your main tasksManage full life cycle recruitment processBuild and maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers, Candidates, HR Partners, Recruitment Coordinators, and Global TA team members, ensuring effective communication throughout the recruitment processSource candidates via social recruiting channels, networking, job postings, niche job boards and CRMs for pipelines and talent networks; screen, interview, offer, and onboard internal and external talents for all functional areasDevelop and communicate high-level sourcing strategies using market intelligence data or sourcing reportsProvide consulting to business on search strategies and participate in staffing initiative project teamsUtilize reporting KPIs, metrics and dashboards to ensure data accuracy and swift hiringPromote global talent attraction, diversity and inclusion hiring strategies and practicesSupport key Global TA initiatives and projectsAttend and support career events and conferences as neededYour ideal backgroundBachelor's degree or equivalentProven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholdersTrack record managing multiple complex recruitment processes in a matrix organizationExperience recruiting in an industrial environment or within a matrixed global corporationTrack record working with senior stakeholders on key hiresExperience creating effective recruitment strategies including sourcing passive candidates via networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and job postingsAbility to craft compelling job descriptions and attract top talentStrong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ideally SuccessFactors) and social recruiting toolsKnowledge of current recruiting trends and best practicesExperience with dashboards, metrics, KPIs; ability to use data to drive focus and strategies; familiarity with emerging TA technologies (e.g., AI-powered) is an advantageProficiency in German and EnglishABOUT TE CONNECTIVITYTE Connectivity plc is a global industrial technology leader creating a safer, sustainable, productive, and connected future.
