Handling administrative tasks such as maintaining records and databases, managing the time management system.
Supporting and closely collaborating with managers and employees.
Participation in projects, including project responsibility.
Close and trusted collaboration with the works council.
Completed qualifications in HR.
Several years of professional experience in a payroll role, ideally in an international environment.
In-depth knowledge of German labor, tax, and social security laws.
Excellent proficiency in both German and English.
Strong initiative, a hands-on mentality, and solution-oriented approach.
Good knowledge of SAP and proficient use of common MS Office programs.
