Job Title: Intune & MobileIron MDM Architect and Consultant
Location: Stuttgart, Germany
Job Type: Contract
Experience Level: 8+ years in Enterprise Mobility and MDM Solutions
Responsibilities
* Design and implement end-to-end MDM solutions using Microsoft Intune and MobileIron.
* Develop architecture blueprints, technical roadmaps, and integration strategies with existing IT infrastructure.
* Define policies for device compliance, conditional access, and application protection.
* Lead deployment and configuration of MDM profiles, compliance policies, and app management.
* Configure Apple Business Manager (ABM), Android Enterprise, and Windows Autopilot integrations.
* Automate device enrollment and provisioning workflows.
* Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
* Provide expert guidance on MDM best practices, security hardening, and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
* Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfers for internal teams or clients.
* Monitor and troubleshoot MDM environments, ensuring high availability and performance.
* Manage escalations, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
* Maintain documentation, SOPs, and change management records.
Qualifications
* Proven experience with Microsoft Intune and MobileIron Core / Cloud platforms.
* Strong understanding of iOS, Android, and Windows device management.
* Experience with Azure AD, Conditional Access, Autopilot, Apple DEP, and Android Zero-Touch.
* Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash) for automation and reporting.
* Familiarity with enterprise security standards and mobile threat defense (MTD) solutions.
* Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

* Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (Intune)
* Ivanti / MobileIron Certified Professional
* Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
