The Brand Ambassador will be responsible for commercially promoting the brand to market resellers in the Northern Germany.
Main Responsibilities
Promote the brand by scheduling meetings with resellers, screen printers, agencies, etc.
* First, qualify the database with the Area Manager
* Identify key objectives
* Identify new target clients for the brand in the market, including online resellers and leading decorators
Visit reseller clients and recommend the SOL’S brand (present the company and Sol’S collections) to facilitate order placements through our distributor.
* Present the Group, its products, and brand values
* Address requests/objections and find alternative solutions
* Train commercial teams
* Offer marketing tools that clients can use to support sales growth (Catalogs, Mini catalogs, Color charts, visuals, SOL’S Academy, trade show packages)
* Expand brand presence: representation in catalogs and client websites, establishment of SOL’S corners in client showrooms, participation in industry trade shows or open house events
* Conduct competitive analysis and market trend research
Provide regular activity reports and analyze meeting outcomes for the French headquarters.
* Submit a visit report for each client within a week following the meeting
* Provide quarterly reporting on portfolio monitoring, order measurement, and recommendations
Frequent travel will be required.
Professional Experience :
* The candidate has 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong product sensitivity, enabling collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders in the textile and promotional products sectors.
* Strong commercial acumen, open-mindedness, and high levels of initiative.
* Strong KPI orientation and analytical skills.
* Fluent in German and English (French is a plus).
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite —this is mandatory .
* Good listener, adaptable, and able to work with diverse cultures
