YOUR ROLE:
* Provide executive leadership to a multidisciplinary team, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and fostering a high-performance culture
* Oversee talent strategy, including recruitment, development, succession planning, and performance management to build a resilient and future-ready team
* Develop and execute client-centric business strategies that unlock new revenue streams and deepen long-term partnerships
* Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and stra-tegic alignment
* Lead the negotiation and execution of complex contracts, leveraging internal expertise to deliver val-ue-driven solutions
* Deliver strategic account plans and growth roadmaps, utilizing marketing and business intelligence to meet and exceed client expectations
* Conduct regular executive-level reviews with client leadership to assess performance, priorities an-ticipate needs, and co-create future strategies

YOUR PROFILE:
* Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 8–12 years of progressive leadership experience; equivalent expe-rience and education will be considered
* Demonstrated expertise in talent leadership, including coaching, development, and retention of high-performing teams
* Proven ability to communicate complex, sensitive information with clarity and impact at the execu-tive level
* Ability to drive results across multiple departments and influence enterprise-wide outcomes
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and enterprise platforms
* Fluent in both English and German
