As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented working student or intern to join our technical team and support our CRM and customer service processes.
As a Working Student or Intern in the Technical Support and CRM team, you will play a key role in managing first-level hotline inquiries, handling CRM cases, and assisting with warranty and out-of-warranty replacement processes. Interact with the technical team to provide support for 1st level hotline inquiries.
Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (Renewable Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields).
Experience in CRM process management or logistics management is a plus.
Fluent in German and English (additional language skills are a plus).
Hands-on experience working in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
