This position can be based in either Hilden (Germany) or Wroclaw (Poland). Responsibilities include:
* Lead the SAP FIORI workstream within our global S/4HANA transformation initiative
* Oversee and coordinate external IT service providers to ensure cost-effective, high-quality SAP development services
* Strengthen SAP FIORI security and system resilience in close collaboration with the global Cybersecurity team
* Collaborate with business process owners, key users, the Cloud Center of Excellence, SAP Application and Service Managers, and external partners to continuously enhance SAP FIORI services
* Manage change and demand processes by reviewing and prioritizing requests together with the IT support team
Key Requirements for Success
* Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Computer Science or a related natural science field
* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a consultant, developer, or SAP technical architect, including 2–3 SAP implementation projects
* Strong expertise in SAP Fiori, UI5, HTML, CSS, SAP UI/UX design, with knowledge of JavaScript, XML/JSON, and RESTful APIs
* Solid experience in SAP ABAP, ABAP OO, CDS Views, RAP modeling, and OData services
* Good understanding of agile and lean software development methodologies
* Familiarity with SAP BTP architecture, security, and authentication is a plus
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
