Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned New Key Account Manager to establish and own key relationships with top-tier companies. As the face of our organization, you will lead discussions with internal and external leaders to optimize the growth of leading industry brands. You will develop mechanisms to overcome blockers and navigate the intersection between client goals, our priorities, and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Acquire new Tier 1 brands through strategic outreach and partnership development
• Drive growth for complex, high-value accounts through tailored account strategies and joint business plans
• Develop and launch high-profile sellers with scalable solutions
• Negotiate and structure strategic partnerships to drive mutual success
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or relevant experience in sales or marketing
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach
• Fluent German, Italian, and English languages (written and spoken), C1 minimum required
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level
