🌍 Supply Chain Planning Lead EMEA – Central Baden-Württemberg
We are proud to be partnering with a global, multifunctional manufacturing company with over 20,000 employees worldwide, to search for an ambitious, hungry Demand or S&OP Planner to step up into a key and urgent position.
You would be reporting into the Group Global S&OP Leader, offering a unique opportunity to build and lead EMEA planning, S&OP and demand forecasting initiatives for a critical young product group. The role sits in the Global HQ but you have the flexibility to work 2/3 days per week from home.
📍 Location: Central Baden-Württemberg

💰 Salary: €65-80,000 + benefits
🔧 The Opportunity:
The company is undergoing an exciting transformation journey - and this role is central to its success. You’ll have the mandate to develop and own the European S&OP process, with the responsibility for Demand Planning, Forecasting and S&OP across Europe. It’s an ideal step for a motivated, ambitious planning expert ready to grow with their new role.
🌟 What You'll Do:
* Take ownership of the end-to-end operational Planning process for a dedicated new product group across Europe
* Grow under the guidance of senior leadership, with direct exposure to top-level decision-makers
* Travel regularly (avg. twice per month) to other countries in Europe within the Group, setting up the planning process for this product area but also running and managing the operational planning centrally
* Control international S&OP and forecasting initiatives continuously to professionalise the Supply Chain for this specific product group
* Play a key role in the company’s ongoing transformation and change management project
🧩 Your Profile:
We’re looking for a high-potential professional with a sharp analytical mind, a proactive hands-on approach, and the drive to lead change in an international environment.
* Fluency in German and English is a must
* 2-5 years' experience in Demand Planning, S&OP, and forecasting
* Working experience in complex, international environments (any industry)
* Strong data-driven mindset and digitally inclined - you have enjoyed your experience with Kinaxis or comparable software
* Great communication and interpersonal skills
