YOUR ROLE
As our Assistant Front Office Manager you are responsible for seamless Front Office and Lobby operations, delivering efficient, professional and enthusiastic service to guests at all times.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
* Perform and oversee daily tasks of of supervisors and associates, providing guidance and support as required.
* Ensure supervisors and associates deliver the highest level of service in accordance with Forbes, LQA and Rosewood brand standards, consistently meeting and exceeding guest expectations.
* Proactively assist guests with inquiries, requests, and information, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience.
* Address guest concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism, ensuring timely resolution and follow-through.
* Ensure accurate tracking and resolution of operational glitches, updating guest profiles as needed.
* Actively participate in daily handovers, communication relevant issues and updates.
* Collaborate with department heads to identity training opportunities and address individual development needs.
* Proactively seek and propose innovation ideas to enhance Front Office operations. Partner with department heads to implement improvements.
Could this be you?
* Prior experience in a similar role or within luxury hospitality is required.
* Fluency in German and English is preferred; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage.
* Ability to anticipate and understand guest needs to deliver exceptional service.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
